BEA Certified Developer

BEA Certified Developer Certification is applicable to those responsible for implementing applications deployed on BEA technologies. BEA Certified Developers must be able to implement custom J2EE solutions including Web applications, Enterprise Java beans, Web services, interactive portal solutions, complex integrations and other software used in enterprise applications.

The BEA Certified Developer Certification has four specific designations offered for WebLogic Platform 8.1 and WebLogic Server 9. These designations serve as areas of specialization for the individuals and allow for a focused certification path. Only one designation is required to receive the BEA Certified Developer Certification; however, more than one is permitted. There is also a Specialization level within the new BEA Certified Developer: WebLogic Server 9 certification.
